the days together with harmonious movements, visualisations and different patterns of breathing we will add “allegria” to our yoga journey.
Enjoy five hours of practice a day and an evening meditation. The sessions will incorporate some Feldenkries movements towards facilitating a playful and different experience of yoga positions. This course is for committed students and teachers of the yoga path.

For the Teacher’s Days:
In the 3 sessions with the teachers, we will look at different ways of uplifting some heaviness from certain positions due to ingrained habits, overstretching or forcing.
We will look at the teacher’s requests and build each session in accordance, by bringing lightness and brightness to the Asanas, Mudras and Breathing rhythms.
