Springtime approaches! Come and learn about how the cycles of nature influence us and everything around us. Learn about the 3 qualities or gunas (sattva, tamas & rajas) and how you can use your yoga practice to enhance or mitigate their effects. We will use all the tools of yoga – asana, pranayama, meditation, visualisation and sound, as well as advice from the yoga texts during this weekend.

Karen is a yoga teacher, yoga therapist and teacher-trainer, personally appointed by TKV Desikachar. She is also a Vedic chant teacher trained by Radha Sundararajan. Yoga has supported Karen through many of life’s challenges, major and minor, and it continues to inspire her and her teaching. Karen has a contagious smile and her uplifting approach will support you to progress with joy and happiness.
Ann Hunter has been practising yoga since 1979 and this way of life has both nourished and enhanced her healing journey. As a yoga teacher and therapist, Ann has supported many students over the years to find more joy and wellness in their body, through the spirit of yoga. Her decades of exploration into the roots and heart of yoga are passed on to you in this nourishing environment of growth, support and rejuvenation.
This unique weekend is open to anyone who has experience of yoga.
