Lendrick Lodge has a new job opportunity for a Centre Manager
This is a full time position of 4-5 days per week. Your working days will be a mix of midweek and weekends. Occasionally you may be needed over full weekends. Everyone in our team is hard working and this role is not suitable for someone who doesn’t love rolling up their sleeves!
You can live at Lendrick Lodge, or you can commute to work (if this is the case, your own car is essential).
The role also involves office admin and the capacity to plan and organise in a time-smart way.
Having a deep care for others and a desire to be of service is essential.
This role is for someone who is positive, with a loving nature that is steady with their happiness and energy levels.
To join our spirited team and community you should ideally already have a spiritual practice. We are looking for an individual with good leadership and office skills.
A supportive, kind nature is also essential. Having volunteered at Lendrick Lodge and/or attended courses here is a bonus. For anyone who applies who has not volunteered, if successful in the first stage of interviews, you will be asked to come volunteer before a final interview is considered.
