Margaret has been a Brain Gym Instructor for 30 years. She teaches Reiki, is a practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu, teaches Tai Chi and loves sharing techniques that empower you to be the very best you can be. The body has an untapped innate wisdom and Brain Gym is a way for you to access this body wisdom and integrate it in ways that are simple and yet profound.

The fundamental 26 movements taught in this class are true treasures for the body and soul for the many gifts they bestow. They are so simple to do and yet so powerful in helping you to live life with more ease, joy, integration, curiosity and love. They can be done anywhere and are easy for anyone to do. Creating calm, relaxation, improving learning and concentration. Giving you the gift to bring yourself into a state of equilibrium with ease. This is an active workshop. Create lasting shifts and healing for you and your clients. Feel better and have movements to work with forever. You will improve your noticing skills and learn:

PACE – four steps to getting ready.
This Brain Gym warmup can be done in less than 4 minutes. The user feels instantly focused, on-track and ready to begin any task. You may have learned this in workshops with Victoria, but we will deepen and develop your understanding of this very powerful process.

The Learning Flow
We explore “Got it!” and “getting it” and the interplay of these states when we are learning and living easily. Then we look at what happens when we struggle and move into stress-based learning and living.

The 3 Directions
Learn more about left/right, up/down and forward/backward movement and how the Brain Gym activities relate to those 3 directions. These 3 types of movement need to work together for congruency of thought and action in living life on all levels.
Aligning your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energies for success.

The 26 Targeted Activities
These simple physical movements can bring about rapid and automatic improvements in such skills as listening, being present, communication, meditation, focus, memory, concentration, as well as reading, writing and math. Creating gains in creativity, energy levels, co-ordination and athletic performance and our ability to self-regulate and deal with stress and help others to do so as well.
