Patricia Ace

Patricia Ace has been practicing yoga since the early 1990s. Over the years she been increasingly drawn to the tradition of Krishnamacharya and Desikachar, inspired by a keen interest in yoga philosophy and the therapeutic and healing applications of yoga.

Her teaching focusses on dynamic sequences of breath and movement and seated breathing practices. Chanting, meditation and study of yoga texts also form an integral part of her teachings.
